The TOYM (The Outstanding Young Men) Award, conferred by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines, is one of the country’s most prestigious leadership awards, recognizing Filipinos under 40 who have made extraordinary contributions to their field and to Philippine society.
Erika was recognized for her work in computational science and data-driven research — applying physics-based methods and complex systems thinking to problems with direct real-world impact on Filipino communities.
