Women in AI APAC Awards Finalist

The Women in AI APAC Awards, pioneered by Women In AI (WAI), honor women from diverse backgrounds who are making significant advances in the field of Artificial Intelligence — recognizing not just technical achievement but the systemic impact of building AI ecosystems in underrepresented regions.

Erika was named a finalist in recognition of her leadership in building AI research and education infrastructure in the Philippines, including founding the country’s first MSc in Data Science at the Asian Institute of Management and leading the national Center for AI Research as its inaugural Managing Director.
