As I always say (or warn!), AI transformation isn’t for the faint of heart. Boards must lead with a sharp DSAI Strategy (Data Science and AI) that aligns with organizational goals. Equally important is πƒπšπ­πš 𝐚𝐧𝐝 π€πˆ π†π¨π―πžπ«π§πšπ§πœπžβ€”not just for policies, compliance, and controls, but to truly maximize the value of data (as strategic assets) and fuel innovation.

And what was that saying? πΆπ‘’π‘™π‘‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘’ π‘’π‘Žπ‘‘π‘  π‘ π‘‘π‘Ÿπ‘Žπ‘‘π‘’π‘”π‘¦ π‘“π‘œπ‘Ÿ π‘π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘Žπ‘˜π‘“π‘Žπ‘ π‘‘. Yup, understanding company culture is just as crucial as having the right strategy.

When these elements come together, they form the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term success.
